I am a person in recovery from addiction, an eating disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and horrible bouts of depression and anxiety. It took me a long time to find the path that led to recovery, but I finally did, and WOW......life can seem so complicated, but really, I see it as a combination of all the little simplistic things coming together. Sometimes it is in harmony and very rhythmic, other times, a collection of noise.
I specialize in working with addiction and clients are usually able to get comfortable with me very quickly. That is a gift.
I work best with clients who are open to the therapeutic process and are willing to work together on striving for a better life. Counseling is a journey and a process. If you are ready to take that next step, I can help you to overcome the issues that have you stuck. I approach the process based on your needs. No two clients are alike in my practice.
My goal is to make you feel comfortable and help you see that what you are going through can and will get better and you can overcome anything.
