We can use talk therapy interwoven with expressive arts, trauma therapy, mind-body and cognitive-behavioral strategies, adapted to suit your strengths and concerns. FYI: I do not use AI for notetaking, nor am I a member of venture capital-backed therapy companies (you know, the ones that advertise on social media).
As a person-centered therapist, I hope to join you in the process of developing insight, acceptance, and new ways of being in the world.
