I specialize in chronic depression, anxiety and personality disorders. The healing process is tailored to where you are at in your journey. I will focus on getting to know you and how you function so the process feels natural.
The journey you begin in therapy will challenge you to make yourself important. We hold onto to narratives that limit us from the very things we say we want. Beginning therapy is how we pivot this self-harming behavior.
