I desire to meet people where they are and help them to solve their spiritual and relational problems. I want to help people feel heard, seen, and loved by God and to help them develop goals to make their lives more balanced and less stressed.
As a pastoral counselor and mental health coach, I have learned look to God for answers, strength, and help. Viewing each person as a whole person-not an individual struggling with mental health issues, but an individual who is deeply loved by God and has a unique purpose and potential. Helping them unlock their potential is my desire.
My hope is to provide support for those who are dealing with difficulties and who are suffering because of losses, stresses, and painful life situations. As a fellow sufferer, I have learned to reach out for support instead of withdrawing into isolation. My desire is to provide compassionate support in a nonjudgmental atmosphere.
