The ups and downs of life can trigger crisis; leaving us confused, emotionally upset, and sometimes leading to dysfunctional coping. I love to work with those who want to understand the origins of their problems, experiencing life transitions, problems in essential relationships, depression, and childhood trauma or loss. From a growth-oriented focus, I assist you to safely explore and honor your feelings, while releasing negative patterns and beliefs. My style is eclectic: CBT/DBT, Psycho-dynamics and Mindfulness, to get the resolve you seek. I also offer Astrological Psychology, a branch of psychology which uses Astrology as a diagnostic tool and Ketamine Assisted Therapy.
I hope to provide an empowering experience of self-understanding and self-acceptance; for who you are, who you may become and the tools for self-healing. I offer virtual DBT skills groups for teens and adults that meet weekly on Mondays from 4:30-5:30 pm and 6:00-7:00open . The 4:30 group is open to any teen ages 15 + who identifies as female, and the 6:00pm group is open to ages 18 + who identify as female. I use Linehan's -DBT Skills Training Workbook and provide a digital copy for use. In-network with insurance for FL, CT, and SC, and $60 out-of-network. Monthly superbills are available for reimbursement.
