I work with adults who struggle with anxiety, ADHD, depression, parenting stress, or alcohol use, and who want a safe space to feel heard, valued, and supported. I create a nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and life challenges at your own pace. Using an integrative, trauma-informed approach, I draw on CBT, DBT, and solution-focused strategies to help you develop practical tools for emotional regulation, coping, and navigating everyday stressors. My goal is to help you feel understood, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful changes in your life.
My approach is integrative to focus on each client and their journey in life. I use Solution Focused, Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior approaches to help focus on solving current problems, thoughts, actions and solutions in life. I also use a trauma informed approach and help my clients to create a tool box to help them with emotional regulation.
My passion is to help others and to let them know they are not alone. I work to build rapport with my clients and provide validation and encouragement on their journey. I want everyone that steps into my office to feel comfortable and safe.
