My practice evolves around evidence based practices, with an emphasis on mindfulness. I have experience working with LGBTQ+/Gender Non Binary clients, the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, parents of children struggling with emotional regulation, and clients who have been diagnosed with mood disorders.
