I offer EMDR Intensives, 2-3 day, 6 hour/day focused trauma therapy for many impactful experiences: performance struggles, panic/fear/phobias, childhood experiences. Insurance is not accepted for this service. Insurance not accepted; HSA, or Care Credit is accepted for this service.

I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and various play and expressive arts therapies, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), clinical hypnosis. I embrace individuals and families from diverse cultures including LGBTQ+, ethnic backgrounds, and religious/spiritual beliefs.
