I take a client-centered approach, partnering with my clients to work together toward realistic and achievable goals.
My specialty areas include trauma, depression, anxiety, women in transition, and family transitions (divorce, blended families, co-parenting in high conflict cases, adoption, etc). I have received specialized training in evidence-based trauma therapies.
