I am a warm, experienced individual, family and couple's therapist trained at the Ackerman Institute for the Family. Drawing on advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, I use a relational and systemic approach to help families and couples break negative cycles, communicate more effectively, and deepen their bonds.
I also work with individuals of all ages managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, using evidence-based modalities to overcome challenges, build resilience, and foster growth.
