I specialize in treating adults who have experienced trauma, sexual, physical, and life issues which themselves can be traumatic.I am proficient with EMDR, a trauma therapy, treating hypervigilance, insomnia, flashbacks, depression, and anxiety. I also work with codependency and spirituality.
Although trust is not a unique quality of therapy, it is an essential one. My clients find that they can trust me, and can talk with me, and truly, this is a special benefit.
