I am especially invested in helping young adults heal from past experiences and build resilience so they can move forward with confidence and self-compassion.
I use evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy to help people work through what matters most to them. My approach is individualized and strengths-based, emphasizing each client’s existing abilities while tailoring support to their unique needs.
