Do you struggle with anxiety, worry, stress, traumatic memories, PTSD, low self-esteem, life changes? Do you wonder if you have ADHD or if there is a non-medication approach to treatment? If any of these describe you, let's connect and design a plan to support you the way you deserve. New clients ages 14 and older are welcome. Individuals over 65 are welcome if not using Medicare. Offering counseling and so much more. Counseling is via telehealth; brain mapping is in my Clinton Township office. Appointments are available Monday-Thursday and Saturday. Some evenings may be available.
We will begin with a free phone call. Our first meeting will be an intake session to get to know each other. You can describe your struggles and challenges. We will look for your strengths and how to build on them. We will work together to identify the core of your struggles, then develop a plan to help you achieve the life you want to live.
