I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has worked with adults, adolescents and children for more than 20 years. Using a combination of clinical skills, warmth and humor, I meet clients where they are emotionally. I understand that it takes courage to seek counseling. I enjoy helping people who are new to therapy feel safe, accepted and comfortable with the process. Together we will create an individualized plan by identifying your concerns, goals and areas of life where you seek change. My approach is strength-based, using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, practical tools and strategies.
I have experience counseling clients from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, grief, gender identity and autism spectrum. I provide general parent guidance counseling with experience around the issues of special education, learning disabilities and autism spectrum.
