Many experiences in my life have given me a deep passion for working with autistic & otherwise neurodiverse individuals, couples, and their families. My practice centers on helping individuals address the effects of trauma on their neurodiversity, and on building life skills to support transitions into self-reliance. I often work with clients interested in finding the connections between their body's nervous system and their emotional responses.

Along with my degrees in Social Work, I have also received a certificate in Autism Studies, and have trained in several therapy styles including CBT, ACT, DBT, TRE, mind-body bridging therapy, mindfulness & meditation, compassionate inquiry, polyvagal theory, the wheel of consent, and more.
