I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with 4.5 years of experience, and I'm passionate about helping those with mental health challenges. I work with individuals, couples, and families, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, BPD, and LGBTQIA+ (I'm an ally). My interests also include life transitions, career concerns, relationships, grief, women's issues, infertility, adoption, non-complex trauma, supporting those in recovery from substance use, and spirituality, including recovery from spiritual abuse and trauma.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling from Kairos University and a Master’s in Divinity from Emory University. My approach incorporates CBT, DBT, STEPPS, Gottman, motivational interviewing, choice therapy, ACT, Rogerian, REBT, narrative therapy, pet-assisted coping, and the 12-step model. I am also working toward certification in EMDR.
