I work with teens to older adults experiencing life transitions and seasons of change. Does being outside give you a sense of peace and joy? Do you find calm writing, listening or making music, painting, or dancing? Does your mind settle when you work on a puzzle, play with Legos, or build a Marble Maze?
Ages 9 to 90, we all enjoy fun. For some of us, we have to find our fun for the first time. For others, we have to recapture it. We can use the things you enjoy to help quiet your mind, and find healing by processing in a way that’s comfortable for you.
