| Español I have worked with survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse, and human trafficking, as well as providing care in ADHD clinics, group homes, and addiction treatment facilities. I have experience with both children and adults, and my recent work has focused on adults providing telehealth therapy for a diverse range of mental health needs. I am especially passionate about supporting first-generation adults, individuals navigating assimilation, and elderly Spanish-speaking clients who may feel unseen, overwhelmed, or caught between worlds. I understand how powerful it can be to feel fully heard in your own language!
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a safe, supportive environment where healing and growth can occur. I draw from my broad experience in trauma, addiction, and family systems to tailor my interventions to each individual’s unique needs.
