With over 22 years of experience, I work with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, grief (including pet loss and suicide loss), gender and sexual identity, and caregiver stress. I also work with women on issues unique to their experiences. My approach is collaborative and grounded in respect—helping you heal, build resilience, and rediscover meaning.
