I subscribe to the scientific-practitioner model of therapy while addressing issues related to the mind, body and spirit. I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, therapeutic coaching, skill development and behavioral approaches.I can integrate a spiritual and/or faith based approach by utilizing a supportive and insight oriented approach.
Special factors that are unique to my practice is that I help parents to become behavioral experts. My practice is also culturally, racially, and spiritually diverse. It is friendly to the LBGTQ community. As such, I provide same-sex couples counseling, gender identity and transsexual identity counseling.
