With over 30 years in the counseling field, I have abundant life experience as well as an accumulation of coping skills and counseling expertise for depression, anxiety, panic disorder, family dynamics, marital dynamics, PTSD, grief, stress management. Having been successfully and happily married for 42 years with one grown son has resulted in many relationship coping skills with which to help others. Good family relationships don't just happen. Retirement can be a blessing but it also can be a difficult season to navigate for those of us who have worked long and hard. Depression and anxiety can set in quickly if we don't get ahead of it.
