Janet's approach is short-term solution-focused and is implemented with respect and compassion. She utilizes a cognitive behavioral modal with a behavioral activation component along with a body-mind-soul integrative approach that speaks to the whole person.
The Journey of becoming a therapist was not intentional. I got into this field only after a lifelong journey of self-discovery. Through pain, grief, and many detours together with my family, friends, and nature as teachers, I have become aware of my true self and discovered the joy of wanting to share what I have learned and hoping this will help others.
