Grief can feel isolating, even though you may be surrounded with people who wish you well. When grieving a loss, it may be difficult to talk with friends or family members about your experience. I invite you to share your emotions and will provide a space for you to find your bearings as you begin your healing journey. To support you I bring an open heart and work with expressive arts, nature therapy, process therapy and mindfulness. Moving beyond words through breath, art and nature allows us to mourn our losses and begin to heal.
I appreciate how we all express grief differently. The journey towards healing is unique to everyone who is searching for his or her path.

Cancelled: Women's Sexual Abuse Support Group
This group has been cancelled. Honoring the healing journey of the childhood sexual abuse survivor. In this supportive group, you will explore your emotions and learn to use them as guidance. You will illuminate how your beliefs about yourself affect your relationships with self and with others. You will look at self-care and how to give yourself more kindness as you journey towards wholeness. This ongoing group runs 6 weeks, then breaks for 2 weeks. Group size is 6 members. The fee is $300, payable at the first session.
