My approach to therapy is eclectic. Over the years in this field, working with people of all ages, in multiple settings, I use family systems, evidenced based TF-CBT, child centered & also a mind, body approach. I aim to provide safety & support in your personal work to heal and grow and move onward with confidence with a newly developed sense of self.
