I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience. I specialize in supporting individuals through trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, gender identity exploration, personality disorders, and stress. My career began in child welfare with the Department of Human Services before I transitioned to working with children facing behavioral health challenges and dysfunctional home environments. I have provided behavioral health therapy for children, adults, and families, school-based therapy for children, and residential treatment for adolescents recovering from addiction.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Arkansas Little Rock. I take a holistic approach, providing a safe and supportive environment for personal growth, healing, and transformation. My work is guided by behavioral and developmental theories, and I utilize trauma-informed and client-centered therapeutic interventions.
I believe that fear’s greatest power lies in its ability to hold us back—preventing us from pursuing our dreams and leading to missed opportunities.
