Through an authentic therapeutic relationship, my goal as a clinician is to help clients reverse maladaptive coping mechanisms and provide helpful tools to relieve anxiety and/or depression. As a specialist treating eating disorders for all ages and genders, I provide education and guidance through the recovery process. With specific training in Family Based Treatment from Stanford, I guide and support caregivers to help their adolescent normalize their relationship with food and body.
I would be honored to start this journey with you and your family or loved ones. Working with families is a part of my strategy when helping an identified client resolve their emotional and/or behavioral challenges. Many issues can be daunting to face and I promise to be a gentle guide towards healing and change.
I am trained in Family Based Therapy, CBT, DBT, and ACT for those struggling with eating disorders, as well as other mental health issues and would invite family and loved ones to become empowered participants in the healing process.
