While I work predominantly from a Motivational Interviewing Perspective, I draw from many modalities including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and mindfulness. I honor the uniqueness of my patients, and I tailor the treatment to meet your specific needs.
I have experience working with military and am a Veteran myself. I also have worked in a prison alongside Corrections Officers and continue to work with numerous Law Enforcement Officers and understand the struggles faced on a daily basis by first responders.
