Thank you for being here. When considering a new therapist, it may help to know a little bit about them. I am married and have one adult son. I maintain a regular meditation and gratitude practice, which helps keep me grounded and hopeful in the changing times we live in. I also enjoy spending time in nature whenever possible. It is truly a privilege to work with each person who seeks therapy, and I approach that work with deep respect, compassion, and care.
Modalities may include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies. My goal after our first session is for you to have a clear understanding of what therapy with me will look like and what you can expect moving forward.
Therapy can provide a supportive space to reflect, gain perspective, and reconnect with your inner strengths. You don’t have to face these challenges alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
