That’s the starting point of my work: instead of talking around what’s stuck, you’ll be in a paddock with a 1,200-pound animal who reflects your state back to you.
I offer equine-assisted psychotherapy for adults and older teens facing anxiety, life transitions, grief, and relationship patterns that haven’t shifted with talk alone. My work is built on the Pegasus Approach, a trademarked, research-tested model I developed over 20 years. No horse experience needed — the horses do the teaching.
Sessions happen outdoors, at a working stable, not in an office. Some clients come for one breakthrough session; others stay for a season of change. Either way, you set the pace.
