Couples Therapy: My practice is welcoming of all couples. The client in couples counseling is the relationship, rather than the conflicts that each person has, which is a more effective way of healing the relationship. The couples therapy I do has three themes: past, present and future.
My goal is for you to have a different experience of one another. A lot of how we are in relationships is influenced by early experiences. We will we gently look at past. We'll then pull the present and past together, combine them to form your future relationship vision, so that you be fully present, safe, and connected with each other.
