As an LPC, I will help you discover ways to heal, recover, and thrive. Are you feeling overwhelmed or stressed out? Maybe you are experiencing anxiety and need to learn ways to decrease anxiety? Have you survived a traumatic event or are surviving abuse (emotional, physical, sexual, or religious) and feel frozen or stuck or are getting triggered easily. If you are grieving the loss of a loved one, a pet, or something significant to you, we will work together to find ways for you to process your grief. This counseling space is a confidential and safe space for you to receive help for you to feel better. Please reach out.
This is my second career. I am confident that my academic education and specialized training (EMDR) combined with my life experience provide the insight and the tools needed to help others. The effects of trauma and adverse experiences show up in our lives, especially in our relationships and at work. I provide a nonjudgmental & safe space to learn and grow.
There is no shame in asking for help. I have an empathetic heart and perspective. Counseling helped me heal from my own experience with anxiety, grief, and trauma.
