I join with the client to provide a personalized approach incorporating various therapeutic methods, including CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I have special interest and training in the following areas: depression/anxiety, grief, chronic illness, family conflict, co-dependency, life transitions and general adult issues.
I am passionate about helping others in their personal growth and relationships. As a therapist, I accompany individuals on their journey towards living more whole, authentic and fulfilling lives.
