Janet E Shoemaker's Groups
Women in Transition - Closed Due to Covid
The focus of this group is in short; self esteem, career, relationships, health and sexuality. It is an opportunity for added support and skill building for women as they are redefining their roles. Over the past twenty years I have run many of these groups and found them to be inspiring and affirming for participants. Starting in October this will be an ongoing group. If you are interested in learning more please call me to set up an initial consultation.
Teachers in Transition - Closed Due to Covid
Being a teacher today is different than even a few years ago. The demands are growing and can seem overwhelming. So often teachers are undervalued by their administrators, students, the parents, as well as the towns. This group is designed for teachers who want to learn strategies for coping with the added stress of administrative changes and more complex students with the myriad of issues they bring to the classroom. It will be a place to get/give solid, constructive support, and share concerns, and frustrations. Come learn how to take better care of yourself & feel renewed. A new group will begin in September 2019
