In a caring and nonjudgement environment I help build a counseling relationship to facilitate change and allow individuals the opportunity to express feelings, resolve conflicts, develop self-esteem, and make decisions. I utilize a humanistic approach along with combining other techniques as part of my counseling process.

My areas of specialization include- Recovering from: Trauma, abusive relationships, Grief and loss, Self-esteem/self-confidence, Single parenting, Parent-child communication, anxiety, marriage and relationships. I use a variety of techniques.
EMDR trained. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy. Trauma may present itself in many forms. Some people do not realize that the root of the problem may be linked to unresolved trauma.
