Life Coaching to heal your heart and find your true purpose. The tools used include Mindfulness Meditation and expressive art and nature therapy - ages 3 to 103. 2. Education Advocacy for IEPs or 504s - through college. 3. Brain Retraining to permanently rewire your or your child's ADD/HD brain using EEG Neurofeedback.

Through journal-making, fishing, boating on the pond or creating artwork, ours is a hands-on healing methodology. We also offer EEG training to permanently rewire the ADHD brain to improve focus/attention. Our Mindfulness Plus! program teaches you self-hypnosis and anxiety management to help soothe emotions and improve mood.
Our programs are customized to meet your needs. This is not "talk therapy." Once we learn your personal story, together we plan a defined course of action, typically 10-12 weeks.
