I am a dedicated mental health counselor specializing in working with children and adolescents who are facing challenges related to Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Learning Disorders, Anxiety, and Depression. I believe in the importance of helping young individuals recognize their strengths to help build self-confidence as they navigate the world. I advocate for early intervention and works closely with families to provide education, resources, and support to foster collaborative therapeutic relationship with young clients and their families.
Using a combination of play therapy and CBT, I provide a safe and engaging space where children can express themselves and explore their emotions to help them build resilience, and improve their overall mental well-being. I utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the developmental stage and individual needs of each client.
I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and adolescents and I strive to help children and adolescents find, become and love the best versions of themselves, while also reducing the stigma surrounding mental health. I look forward to working with your child!

The Cool Down Crew: Coping Skills Group ages 6-8
This group will help children develop the skills to manage big and uncomfortable emotions. Through fun and engaging activities, children will explore a variety of coping strategies to calm their minds and bodies, all in a safe and supportive space!
