I bring warmth, humor, intelligence, 61 years of being a human and 32 years of relationship with my husband (also a therapist) to my practice. Feeling safe and seen will help you move towards wholeness and authenticity. Together we eradicate limiting beliefs so you feel more alive. IFS, EMDR, Attachment Theory and Imago are some of the models I use.
I use my skills as a therapist, artist, and my experience in a 32-year relationship to help clients examine their lives, heal from the past, and create connection with self and others that bring love and vitality.
