Mindfulness, IFS, CBT, DBT skills and Family Based Treatment (Maudsley) for eating disorders and / or other forms of mood and behavior and intrapersonal struggles. Prepare Enrich Premarital and Couples Enrichment.
I currently serve on the Body Balance Coalition board and as adjunct faculty program supervisor for Friends University. I have served on the State of Missouri's Eating Disorder Council, the Mo ED Association KC board, the previous KSAMFT board as well as the Mental Health and Caring Committee at Resurrection UMC. I’m licensed in MO & KS offering telehealth.
