I have much experience working with people, with 30 yrs of marriage & family. I work with depression, anxiety, individual & family issues, pre-marital to marriage counseling, any type of relationship problems to grief. I teach Positive Disciple parenting course, use CBT & Adlerian psychology to deal with relationship issues to work toward a solution.
I also believe that my roles as a therapist is to work myself out of my job, so you don't need a therapist forever. There are so many tools & things you can learn, see from a different perspective to address the problems in life that life is not so difficult, with some help.
