I believe everyone can lead a happy and fulfilling life. I am a very experienced psychotherapist with over 25 years in the field, Sometimes people feel stuck, overwhelmed, or just not happy. Other times people feel anxious or depressed or are having issues with partners, children or others. I help people get unstuck, let go or anxiety, get past depression and help people understand and gain insight into how they got to where they are. We work, together, on what your goals are and how to reach them. I help people find more joy and happiness in their lives.
I am supportive, encouraging and see the best in people. While I am an excellent listener, I work interactively with people. I use a variety of approaches from insight oriented therapy to cognitive therapy to behavioral therapy.
I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients with many different issues. I love helping people. I enjoy working with people of varying ages from young adults , middle aged to older adults.
