I work with navigating anxiety, perfectionism, relationship and family issues, parenting, and major life transitions. I also help with the emotional weight of caregiving, infertility, grief, and the invisible mental load so many carry. Therapy offers support and strategies to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
I obtained my MSW from the University of Michigan and my Certification in Psychoanalysis from the NJ Institute for Training in Psychoanalysis. My style is warm, non-judgmental, and tailored to each person’s needs. With over 25 years of experience, I help people create meaningful, lasting change and work through life’s challenges.
