I am a seasoned clinician with over 25 years of experience working in corporate, community and managed care settings. I connect easily with a variety of clients and enjoy working with individuals on self-esteem, relationship issues, life transitions, parenting, grief and loss, stress management and work/life balance. My goal is to provide support through coaching and counseling to help one achieve more satisfaction in life.
I offer my clients a chance to focus on their issues, develop a plan and work through whatever obstacles stand in their way.
Usually when individuals call for therapy they are in sort of pain or distress. I try to understand, empathize and support those individuals to help them work their challenges.
