I work with clients of all ages and offer an array of services: diagnostic assessment, individual/couples/family therapy, skills training, guided relaxation/meditation, Quantum Neuro Reset Therapy (QNRT.com), parent coaching, consultation, postpartum services, etc. I work with athletes preparing them emotionally for sporting competitions. I enjoy providing clinical supervision to practitioners and supervising research. I provide consultation services to professionals, mentors professionals, and give educational in-services and presentations. I can also coach individuals toward achieving weight loss, fitness, finacial freedom, healthy aging and spiritual guidance.
I have extensive experience working with high-risk children, adolescents, and families due to years spent working in hospitals, day treatment, and residential treatment. Since opening my practice in 2006 I have accumulated years of experience working with adults and young adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, etc.
I therapeutically meet clients where they are at emotionally. I help them explore "where they are" and "where they want to be." I give clients tools they can use immediately and for the rest of their lives. I am genuine, nurturing, and am easy to talk with.
