I work with teens and adults navigating symptoms of depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and related challenges. My clinical focus centers on trauma and abuse recovery, and I support individuals through major life transitions including changes in relationships or identity, health issues, and experiences of grief and loss.
Drawing from extensive training in EMDR, Brainspotting, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches, I tailor treatment to meet your unique needs.
