I specialize in Infant and Childhood Mental Health (ages 0-7) and their families. When trauma has been involved either with the child, or generationally, I have the training and experience to help heal attachment ruptures within the system, helping the system to function better as a whole. In addition I have the training and experience to work with women and girls of all ages who struggle with women’s mental health issues such as abuse, generational trauma, change of life, depression, including postpartum depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.
I offer Autism Assessments; DC0-5 Assessments; Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP-rostered with the State of MN); EMDR Therapy; Attachment, Regulation, and Competence Therapy (ARC); and Parental support, including psychoeducation and support of parents of neurodivergent children with playful, accepting, curious, and empathetic parenting strategies.
I believe that everyone is doing the best they can; wants to do better; has strengths that they can bring to their own healing; that much of healing is relational; and that it is possible to recover from trauma.
