My focus is strengths-based psychodynamic therapy, which allows clients to learn the skills and strategies they need to cope with the barriers they face outside of the therapy session. My specialty is individualized trauma-informed care, utilizing: somatic exercises, mindfulness, expressive arts and practical coping skill psychoeducation.

Lumi: Virtual Expressive Art Group Age 8-17
This six-week program uses powerful, guided art-based activities to help teens & pre-teens build resilience and ready to take on whatever life throws at them —and thrive. This group has rolling enrollment, and meets virtually once a week after school. It includes an online course with content specific curriculum weekly, a group session and a stocked art kit sent to their home.
