Stress often pulls us back into the same patterns, ones that once kept us safe but now keep us stuck. My clients are individuals, caregivers, and families dealing with chronic stress, conflict, complex trauma, unhealthy relationship patterns, and neurodivergence. Some are carrying old wounds they've never had space to unpack. Others just know something isn't working and want it to change.
I work primarily with trauma, complex stress, & neurodevelopmental differences. My approach is brain-based and relational, focusing on understanding what is underneath the patterns, not just managing the symptoms. That's what actually reduces reactivity and builds capacity for change. My style is conversational and practical, with a little humor.
Understanding a pattern is different from judging yourself for having it. That distinction is where change usually starts. Reach out when you're ready—I'd be glad to explore whether we're a good fit.
