Through a compassionate and insightful approach, I believe therapy is a tool that can assist individuals through all walks of life. I provide individual counseling to kids (12 and up) , teens, and adults. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, stress, autism, PTSD, and trauma. I am extremely passionate about helping clients of all backgrounds reach their goals and dreams. I use different approaches through researched theories and interventions to help clients reach their full potential and break barriers they have not known existed.
