Life can be hard, it can be messy. We don't always know how to manage everything on our own, especially the emotional and mental stuff. When mental health issues or addiction issues are added to it things seem even harder. Having a counselor who will listen to you, help you figure out ways to cope, and walk with you through the journey of healing can make things more manageable. I enjoy working with individuals ages 12 through adult, couples, families, and groups.
I specialize in autism, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, trauma, addiction issues, couples issues, and blended family issues. I use Applied Behavioral Analysis, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, CBT, DBT and Emotion Focused Therapy. I will encourage to challenge your thoughts so you move forward in healing.
