Is your toddler or child feeling anxious, withdrawn, overwhelmed, or acting out in ways that are hard to understand? Growing up isn’t easy—and sometimes kids need extra support to work through big emotions, tough transitions, or challenges at school and home. I’m a Clinical Social Work Intern who specializes in helping toddlers and pre-teens ages 4–12 navigate anxiety, grief, trauma, identity, and peer stress. My goal is to create a safe, empowering space where your child feels seen, supported, and equipped with healthy tools to express themselves, build confidence, and grow through what they’re going through.
My approach is creative, trauma-informed, and developmentally appropriate. I use CBT, DBT skills, art, games, play and conversation to help kids explore their feelings, learn to self-regulate, and strengthen emotional resilience—all at their own pace. I partner closely with families to support growth both inside and outside of sessions.
I currently offer HIPAA-compliant telehealth and in-person sessions for kids and teens across Nevada. If your child is struggling with anxiety, peer issues, grief, or emotional overwhelm, I’d be honored to help. Together, we’ll create a space where they feel understood and supported as they grow into themselves with more ease and confidence.
